Khalifa St. Fort Wins U20 100m At FLOW CARIFTA Games


It was a big day for Trinidad & Tobago U20 sprinter Khalifa St. Fort on Saturday at the FLOW CARIFTA Games. 

The Fort Lauderdale St. Aquinas (Fl.) High graduate, who is coached by former Olympian Ato Boldon, won the 100m dash in 11.56 seconds to earn her second straight championship in the event. 

St. Fort ran 11.74 in the preliminaries. 

Jamaican sprinter Briana Williams, also coached by Boldon and a freshman at Chaminade-Madonna (Fl.) High, took third-place in the U18 division in 11.80 seconds. It was her first medal at the games.
